Underhand practices for purchasing houses
Paid an amount to a lawyer who could not give me the specific purposse for the extra 1500 I needed to pay in order to get the paperwork done while in the process of purchasing an apartment. Apparently, this "extra" charge is quite common to get things rolling and moving along. So, even the legal system find itself needing these "Extrea" unspecified charges to get the work done - how are they going to prosecute if such is the case?
