I wanted to transfer my savings account from Pimpri to Madambakkam. The manager took around four weeks of time to port the account. Normally there are no charges for porting the account but I was levied a charge of 57 without informing me.
When I escalated she complained to Selaiyur police station alleging defamation on her to stop higher-ups from questioning her.
