VAT and CST registration

I paid an amount of Rs. 10000 for just registering my new company. I produced all the necessary KYC documents and I still was forced to pay the bribe just siting some un related queries on my business nature.

Since I did not pay it, my file was kept on hold and I hopped from table to table to get it done and finally nothing worked except the Gandhi face printed paper.
