When we tried to transfer the vehicle in name of another person to whom i had sold my bike - i was told it will take 2 months.
But, soon a agent approached us, and said even in 2 months it won't be done, unless you pay up. They will keep delaying it endlessly unless you pay.
He suggested we pay him Rs 700, he can get this work done in 1 day time. And if he failed, he will return all money.
I tested him, and he successfully got it done in 1 day time, from the same person who told me 2 months.
This was a lesson for me - that the system is purposefully gamed, to harass the common man.
Can anyone tell me what can a common man do in such situation? where it becomes impossible to get work done in ANY OTHER *******
