After much deliberateness, i decided to gift my son new bike as he wanted for his b'day . when i went to get learners' license through one driving school.Afterwards, i learned that driving school fee includes bribe to the officers in vehicle department...If such level, bribe is manifested, no of road accidents will increase obviously. now i am rethinking about my decision to buy bike...
