I was travelling in my two-wheeler in Hosur. The traffic havaldar in Hosur cross stopped me for no reason. He wrongly aquitted me of driving rashly. After a conversation of 5 minutes,he asked me to pay a sum of Rs. 500. He also threatened me that if I did not pay him the amount asked, he would book me. Having no choice, I paid him Rs. 500.
