Violated the signal at BTM Layout

Instead of putting fine, the traffic police immediately asked to give 100/-. First I asked him to write a report. But he took to a bigger police officer. But he also started asking for bribe. Else he was giving some new rules using xerox papers.
So in order to escape them and save time i had to give 100/-
