My brother want a passport urgent.For that he need nativity certificate . For that i have gone to revenue dept in kadapa. i submit voterid,birthcertificate,rationcard as proof and asked him to put a sign. he rejected and seriously he asked me to apply for that and after one month enquiry i'l give that. But few persons came and they got signed even though they have not submit the proofs. They paid the bribe. but for me also time demanded to pay a bribe of 100rs. Due to some govt terms and conditions, the people are losing a lot of time and money tooooooooo........
