I went to the office with all the required documents to get NOC certificate for opening a petrol pump. I was asked to pay Rs10,000 as fees and Rs30,000 for "sahebar" (officer's) fees by his PA.
I refused to pay the bribe but, they did not want to attend to me for more than 15 times during 20 days. After a lot of haggling I gave up and paid Rs 4000 to the PA of the officer who was negotiating from the beginning on behalf of him.
Every time I went to his chamber, I waited outside and could hear all his phone conversation with his friends/colleagues regarding how much bribe they managed to get from different people.
I am so much looking forward to see him being caught and being prosecuted for bribery.
