The water supply is stuck beacuse of garbage(eg Plastic paper bags).This is another tricky by the water man , he throws tha plastic bags in the water tank and it flows thru easily from water tank because the size of Pipe is larger and when it reaches the home the pipe line is narrow , so the plastic bag gets stuck and water supply is stuck.
When we report to water man , he comes , digs the ground and finds the plastic bag and gets money from us for the service.
this happens every 3 months.

1. How come plastic bags are flowing with drinking water ?
