Way to Get Token after 11.30am by paying Bribe

At Bangalore Koramangala passport office friend of mind had been to the office at 11.40am. The tokens are issued free between 9.30am to 11.30 am only. Since my friend reached at 11.40 some one told it seems If you required token now, then go to nearest XEROX centre any pay Rs. 250 per token. He somehow bargained for Rs. 100 and got the token and had been to passport office
