Flight G9497, Air Arabia from Sharjah to Bangalore arriving at 3:50 am at Bangalore Airport on 8 June 2014.

We had carried a LED plasma TV and we had been told in Dubai that the duty was Rs 4600, but the officer at the Red Channel at Customs told us to pay only Rs 2500. We thought that was the rightful duty amount and told him that we wanted to pay the full duty.

But after we paid the amount, we were given a challan of only Rs 1500, though a cash of Rs 2500 was taken. I can be reached at the number below.

I tried reaching Mr Suman's number who is the listed official there but no one is picking the phone. I wish to tell Mr Suman that my country has lost its rightful revenue and some corrupt member under him has unlawfully earned it.
