Went to sub-station for new connection but no-one attended me, in-fact smiled at me that may be I am not aware of the process. When I pressurised then told a big list of documents which I would have never been able to provide. Then I was redirected to one agent who asked 8500 Rs to get connection in a day. I was not having any option other than paying this money.
