Hi, My father was given a property from my grand father when they need to arrange money to their daughter, my father's sister. Time passed and my grand parents passed away. Now my father's brother being a realtor claimed that property belongs to him. So they filed a case against my father. My father even was ready to sell the property and distribute the money among the siblings. But my realtor uncle wants that whole property on his name and filed the case. Now the story starts with the Indian court system. My father is a senior citizen and the cases should be solved in 1 year and now this case is being dragged for more than 3 years. Every time my father calls the lawyer and he tells the same story about Judge is absent, gone to Hyderabad, went to Vizag for some personal problems. Even we believe that the whole system is corrupted. Lawyers, Judges, peons, everyone is corrupted. My strong belief is to stop corruption the first thing is to start with Courts. Courts never solve the case and the criminals are taking advantage of that and making the whole system corrupted.
