Every one dream to have good life and as i had also dreamed to carry out my further education in United states. For that, i applied to get my passport. Once it was arrived for the verification at my local police department, after all the signing formalities corp it self asked us to give some money happily to the man (constable) who was at the opposite desk . I felt so embarrassed while giving extra money not due to economical reason but being and uncorrupted person. This was first experience and to avoid delay in further process because of complicated system and unawareness of the passport processing , gave money to the constable .
