I had taken a call taxi to the Bank ...The taxi Driver made a mistake of parking few mins at the No parking zone..a police tow vehicle stopped and put a wheel lock on the car .The poor taxi driver had to beg the police man to unlock his car ...the policeman demanded Rs 500 and finally accepted Rs 200 and released the man..I was shocked to see ,many cars and bikes locked this way and guess ,the Policeman in charge must have earned quite a bit that day.
