When properly and accordingly to coop registrar"s order employees entitled to get arrears for new scales but gm denied to sign the bill
Since 2009 the cooperative banks employees have been demanded for pay revision.At last in 2010 coop.registrar agreed with some conditions as the banks must be in profit for last 3years,cast of management should not exceed 2% etc.in revision arrears was granted since2008,with prior approval of registrar.because of being the best bank in u.p.,there was no problem to request,and to grant approval for GM,CHAIRMAN AS WELL AS FOR COOP.REGISTRAR
But very soon the faces of bank-employees faded when being provision of arrears for bank,GM DENIED TO SIGN ON BILLS FOR DISBURSEMENT OF THAT ARREARS TO EMPLOYEES AND DEMANDED 7000000.00 FOR THAT IN THE NAME OF CHAIRMAN.THE CHAIRMAN NODES WITH AND JUSTIFIED THE DEMAND SAYING;IT IS NOT FOR MINE OR GM,IT IS FOR COOP.MINISTER,AND REGISTRAR.IT;S ME WHO PROMISED BOTH TO PAY THE SUMS FOR NEW PAY SCALE REVISION ,IT WAS ONLY FOR YOUR BANK,BUT PRACTICALLY IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE HENCE REGISTRAR ORDERED FOR ALL U.P. AND IT WAS COOP MINISTER WHO MAKE A PRESSURE FOR THAT.IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE ME ONE EMPLOYEE MAY COME WITH ME''.Finally union leaders collected the amount and paid to gm
