While collecting property documents for buying a house
I needed many documents to acquire the home loan and for that I needed a few documents from local land record office. This guy kept on saying, it will take time and it will take time. I asked a several times as I didn't really understand. I was young and could not even imagine the way the bribes are asked. He asked for 200 rs. to give the document and I had to.
