I have started to build a house as per the building sanction plan, the day i have finished the Gr.flr concrete two person visited and said i have deviated the plan and said me to ********** the AE at the municipal office. when i visited the office the AE openly asked me to pay Rs.15000/- per floor, when i refused to pay he started black mailing me saying he will take necessary step and see to that builing will be demolished without explaining me or letting me know where the deviation is., as my contracter also said this their foulplay and we have to pay as it is in practice. as it is my dream to build a house as per my contractor i end up paying *******
