This incident is from Katihar,Bihar. On 19th June,2015 DTO Md. Murshid Alam sacked the two wheelers for not having puc. One should definitely have a PUC done for his bike. But the problem here is that the puc office has newly opened just a few days ago and the public here are unaware of this fact. Instead of creating a public awareness progm about this he rather preferred to directly fine them. When he was told about the unawareness of the office he seemed least bothered and just ordered to get the chaalan in order to get the respective bikes back.
This stubborn act of his clearly incidates that some internal setting has been done by the officer incharge and the PUC point !!
