Without ticket traveling

I boarded in a TRAVENI EXPRESS ON 21-11-2006 from allahabad to duddhi,as i was not having time to buy a ticket i thought of getting into the train without ticket n thought of paying fine to the ticket examiner but in return ticket examiner said i'll not cut u an challan (fine recpit ) and he asked me to pay 10rs...which directly gone into ticket examiner pocket.
