Me and My friends were applied for the SBI PO Exam. For that ,as we are in BC category in our state to get OBC certificate we approched to our Taluk Office.We completed all necessary procedures to get the OBC certificate. In that office, Assistant to the Tahsildhar came to us ,and asked to bring us sum of Rupeess 100/- next day to get the certificate.We simply stood quite.Next day, while giving our certificate he asked us to give the money ,initially we resisted to give ,finally we bargained with him telling that we were students we gave Rs.250/- for 4 certificates.We have no option coz he is the one who issue all the certificates, if I didnt give he simply delay my certificates without any reasons.I was about to take this isssue to our collector but I didnt have support neither from my family or friends....
