At the proprty tax office everyone needs bribe to settle the property tax. If someone wants to pay the tax honestly people sitting there stops them to do so - if yr property in rented than simply pay them Rs. 10000/- & pay property tax as self ocupied. People tend to do so because the tax on rented property is too high - it is 10% of yearly rennt earned & hardly anyone wants to paythis much tax after paying income tax already on the reant earned from said property. So it is easay pay the bribe & reduce yr taxes.
Solution - It should also be online as in Delhi so that we can fill in correct information & the tax amount should also be reasonable so that everyone can be honest
