I needed a NOC for my bike as I had to shift from bangalore to my hometown Jaipur. I went to RTO and they told the process to get NOC is 2 months long. I went to agent downstairs and he assured me that he can get it done in couple of days. I argued with RTO officers and incharge that this is not right. RTO is taking 2 months to give me an NOC where as if I do it via agent after giving bribe I get it in couple of days.
RTO officers were persistent that it gets done in 2 months only and can not be done soner. Alas! i had to pay 1200 rs to my agent to get NOC done.
