I and my wife were married on 06 May 1971.No marriage Certificate was made.We also do not have the invitation card.Now we are old and our only son lives in USA and is a Citizen of USA.It is not possible for him to look after us while we live in India in our old age .So he wants to apply for a Green Card for us.One of the documents required to be filed with application is our Marriage Certificate. Please tell us the procedure to get a Marriage Certificate after 43 years of marriage,the documents required to get it and the address of the Marriage Certifying /Registration Officer to whom we have to go to get this Certificae in Agra.
