I got married on 2March and with in 1n1/2 monthmy wife has gone onsite to UK as she is Software Eng. and there was no time to register my marriage. No for the VISA I need my marriage certificate.

So how can I apply for Marriage Certificate in the absence of my wife. and I am living in Kharghar Navi Mumbai so in which sub registerar office.
