I got married according to Hindu rites in 1966 in Guntur. Our marriage was never registered. Can I get the registration done now, in Visakhapatnam where I live? We have the passports as evidence of Date of Birth, and current residence in Visakhapatnam. Will they be acceptable as proof of DoB and address of residence?
What else will need to be provided?
