I got married in 1983 in kollam.It was a register marriage which means that it was actually a permission for two people to live together, issued from the
register office and not a marriage certificate issued under the special marriage act. Is there any provision for us to get a proper marriage certificate under the special marriage act? (after so many years). If so how do I go about it. Kindly guide me as early as possible
