I have got marriage 9 march 2015 but there are no date of birth proof of bride due to some family problems no marksheets and no birth proof. what should i do to get marriage certificate and which side . my district jhunjhunu and her rewari . which district will provide me certificate and how. can aaply for that. plz guide me sir
