My Marriage took place at Delhi in 2009, i was staying at Mumbai that time, i have marriage certificate issued by Delhi Gurudwara, Now i am planning to register my marriage at panvel, raigad, my present address. I am bit confused, where to register, gram panchayat or marriage registrar, we have gram panchayat in our area which solemnized the marrige.
can you please tell me, can i register my marriage in panvel (Gram panchayat or registrar) with Delhi gurudwara certificate.
