Charged for excess Luggage.
On the occasion of my sister's marriage my mom, dad and 4 other relatived travelled from Bhawanipatna to Bhubaneswar(Odisha). Total we had 18 luggage.So per person, it was 3 luggage, which I don't think could be excess. Because as per IRCTC , in Sleeper class per person can carry max 80 Kgs of luggage.
Still my innocent father was forced to Pay a fine of 640 Rs.
Shame on Govy Officials.
