TTE demanded bribe from me
I was travelling from Hajipur to Jabalpur by 11062 MFP LTT Pawan Exp on 13 Jul 2011 alongwith the waitlisted ticket of sleeper with my 8 years of child. From Hajipur to Varanasi i had requested to the TTE staff to provide me a single berth that i can travel coolly with my little child. But they hadn't given me berth. After departing from Varanasi i had seen that the travellers who are travelling with unreserved tiket, they got the berth in sleeper to provide the extra money to TTE. when i had again requested to TTE for the berth, he had demanded Rs. 250/- more to allot the berth. These are issues which is faced by an indian everyday by the staff of Railway at every stage. Regards, ********** K *******
