Honest Police Station
I had applied for passport and was expected to come down to the local police station i.e. Makarpura, to get my verifications done. The police there were courteous enough to call and tell me the time when to come and also upon reaching i was directed on the proceeding very calmly. Once the SI came to the office he asked me question regarding the verification as in how long i am staying and etc.. This only took 5 minutes and with a smile the SI told all's done. The shocker came after i reached home and my neighbours as well parent asked how much money I have given to the police ( my neighbours had paid bribe previously for the same thing). I explained them that none was taken from any citizen and the ACB number was also displayed quite well to warn people to not to give( had they asked i would have called then and there regarding it).
