Koper Khairne - Teen Tanki - Lost RC Report
It is yesterday that we met a honest police officer, we were at the station to file an affidavit regarding lost Registration Certificate of a vehicle which i had brought a week back. In return for the affidavit, we were to recieve a NOC from the station which will have to be used to get duplicate RC book.
I was told that the police officer will take atleast 100Rs as bribe to instantly provide a NOC, but to my surprise, the officer was really very calm, and informed us of specific things we were to add in the affidavit. Later after doing all that he just took out an NOC form, filled it himself, stamped it and gave it without asking a single rupee, not even indirectly.
I salute this officer and would have appreciated him rightaway, but situation didnt permit.
