Filing of Service Tax *******
Today i visited the excise office for submitting my service tax return in the Range - c of Guwahati office. The officer was asking a bribe of Rs. 2000/- for accepting my return. When I asked him that why i should pay any amount to you, he refused to accept the return saying that amount is required for our ********** and other enjoyments. I staright forward charge him by saying that whether he is receiving the salary from the Govt. or not. I also told him that if you are not getting ur salary from here then resign and join me company, i ll pay your salary.
Then he felt ashamed of himself and accepted my return.
