Gift package for ********** held by Customs
I shipped a package to India as gifts for my sisters for ********** ~ and it's been help up by Mumbai customs for 3 months now, without any details.
Package details are -
Shipped From: US
Shipped through: USPS (United States Postal Service)
Receiver City: Indore, India
Package value: $275 (roughly Rs.12,000)
Goods in package: all goods in package are simple house hold gifts.
Customs has kept the package with them and USPS has informed me that the Mumbai customs have assigned a tracking number BY-10636 to the package. They also gave me two phone numbers as below which are never picked up. So far, its been three months and nobody has ever picked up a call on those numbers.

Through some research on internet, I found a email address as below and have sent 3 un-replied emails so far.

Since I am not in India and my family being in Indore, MP, I have no clue on how to get the package from customs. USPS is pretty helpless and have been maintaining a position that its with Customs and that they cannot do anything in the matter.
