My Brother was travelling from Saudi to TVM.HE handed over his papers and passport to the immigration officer.But in a minute he claimed he didnt get the visa papers and insisted to show the papers and send him in search for it.My brother as a final resort went behind the guys cubicle and found that the paper was thrown underneth his desk.Once he pointed out he was just let go.No apologies..nothing..So beware...
