A long time passed but your answer didnt come, niether you refunded my fund!

in the while i also couldn't proceed for further premium payment too!

Since the case/complaint is not fully attended to by the Insurer/you within 15 days of lodging it, I am going to the IGMS ( Integrated Grievance Management System )for escalating the complaint to IRDA
