Khata denied
I applied for khata in 2002, the year I purchased my apartment. My application was "lost" not once but three times. Till ********** I have not got this document as I am asked to pay the incidental expenses along with khata fee for the authorities to do the same. Till ********** this docuemnt is pending. My argument is, this is their job, why expect incidental charges?
