Hi raghu, Its been continuously noticed for Passport verification the police officer comes takes an amount as verification amount (bribe) always. They don't understand sometimes its very crucial for an ordinary man to pay the handsome amount to police so he can get passport on time. Same was faced by me in 2009. But how to get rid & stop this so others can be aware & also the police officer get aware that we are against & wont be giving him anything?

When we went for the verification..the police Inspector clearly asks me for a bribe.. saying...(Bagha Passport la ho mhnayche kiti deta...) how much could you give me to clear your verification.. ... ai dont want to give a bribe at all...what should i do now..i need to get it clear as soon as possible...but i know if i dont give them a bribe they will raise some minute issue and will ask me to apply again...
