Dear sir,
In purshotam express(train no. 12802) i was travelling in general coach, when i get in the train AT NEW DELHI RAILWAY STATION and after struggling i sat on the seat, but there i saw that one person with WHITE SHIRT and KHAKI PANT was collecting money from passengers and if any passengers refused to give him money then he started beating them and he was saying that "paise dega tabhi seat milegi aur agar bina paise diye baitha to teri hadiyan tod dunga".
after some time he came to me and asked for money 200 rupees for seat, but i refused to give him, and thereafter he slapped me and forcefully vacanted the seat after some time i asked about him from some persons then they were saying that "ye Police wala hai".
sir, i requested you to bring this matter at higher authority level and don't make the passengers to take himself a wrong decision against those money collector (WITH CIVIL SHIRT AND KHAKI PANT). and also give me some advice at my email id that how can i cope these type of problems in future.
