Dear sir/Madam, actually ma date of birth is 9.10.89.. in all documents

• Passport
• New Passport Application

Dear sir/Madam,

actually ma date of birth is 9.10.89.. in all documents it is same as birth certificate that is 9.10.89. but in school (SSLC Marks card) it is as 31.07.89. so how can i apply for passport. what is the solution for this??
