Dear sir,my name is MAM CHAND DHIMAN my son is born on 25-10-2004 and i registered his name DEVANSH on 09-11-2004.in municipal corporation office of Vadodara.the office issued me a manually certificate with the name of DEVANSH with out serial no.On 16-11-2013 when i went to Vadodara municipal birth-death register office for serial no.then they stated me that the name of my son in the corporation record is DEVANG and said me this is my fault,although manually issued birth certificate by municipal corporation the name is DEVANSH in Gujarati language.please sir tell me now what to do?
