HI, It was difficult to distinguish foothpath and road and I caught while driving on footpath.I paid 400 fine and got receipt. traffic police officer took my licence and asked me to collect it from RTO.By that time I have been to RTO office and traffic police station 6 times(2 time traffic police station and 4 times RTO),I am not getting proper response from them. they just ask to come on another date. Now They told me that your license got suspended for 1 month and you need to come back to RTO after 20 april to collect it.
I dont belive on them,I feel like they are just troubling me to get some bribe.Could you please provide the legal process for the mentioned above.Google does not help much
