I am an 83 year old person living at panaji. i applied for reissue of passport on december 05,2016, but the payment failed. i filled up the form again and payment of rs 1500 was successful against application reference number 16-1010394403. however i can open only the first application and not the second one against which payment was successful. this is because i gave some different reference no and passport which i do ot clearly recollectas the system was not accepting the first ref.no and password. The passport Office at Panaji was extremely helpful but despite prolonged attempt could not access the application aganist which payment was successful. I was advised that you may be able to correlate the fee paid vide reference given above and the related application.
