I am A restaurant owner in front of railway station, we get orders from customers for food delivery through web based applications or directly by phone. We go to designated platform where the train arrives and give the food parcel that customer gave order buying a platform ticket. the RPF personnel at ujjain junction told us it is illegal to do so. Please advice, as i dont see any harm in this as we are not hawking at platform, we just deliver food at platform that passenger asked us to do so. We provide food only to that specific passenger not to anyother passengers.
