I born in Hyderabad on 30/11/1992, the name on my birth certificate is Najeeb Ahmed and the Name Zeeshan Ahmed is on all my other certificates like SSC, Inter, Ration, Aadhar,License etc.
so i would like to change my first name in the birth certificate and i want to know how much will it cost to me. and how much time will it take.
