I have already applied for passport (fresh) during the month of Nov 16, when I approached Passport Seva (Tambaram) my daughters application was rejected on the grounds my passport (original) was not available. My passport was handed over to Tour Operator for visiting abroad during that period. My daughter's Ref No. are 16-1010463097 -s gayathri and 16-1010462785 k.s. hari preyaa and I have planned to revisit with this reference number to the nearest passport seva center at Vellore. Please let me the procedure to apply for appointment at vellore passport seva in the passport seva menu through online for appointment.
