I have purchased my new Toyota liva g from shimla himachal pradesh. It have its temporary registration number which is given by the company at the time of purchase. Can i register my car in delhi and get delhi registration number. my car papers are made in the address of himachal pradesh as i belongs from there. But i have job in delhi and i also have delhi address proof. Please suggest and what is the cost of RC in delhi my car cost is 5,10,000 including insurance.
