I have purchased two wheeler Hero Honda CD 100 at vizag on 26/02/1999, later I had been transferred from Vizag to Hyderabad on 02/08/1999 till then I am staying here in Hyderabad as a government servant in south central railway , carriage workshop , lallaguda secunderabad as a senior section engineer (electrical)
Right now, I want to re-register my vehicle at Hyderabad without going to Vizag as I have no body at vizag. please help me out of this crisis
